JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners took `1.25 lakhs to get the daughter of the complainant employed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to payment to the petitioners and the petitioners' side also lodged Baddi (Sheosagar) P.S. Case No. 198

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10693 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 2/2 of 2013 against the complainant's side.
