2. The prayer for regular bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 24.02.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62125 of 2022 with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and concluded the same with six months.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that six months have already been lapsed and on earlier occasion, a report with respect to present stage of the trial and the time frame in which the trial is likely to be concluded, has been called for.

4. From perusal of the report dated 5th April, 2024, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within next two

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's antecedent is not clean as he is accused in two more criminal cases and at the time of considering the prayer for bail of the petitioner, this aspect must be taken into consideration.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court hereby directs the trial Court that if within two months from today, the trial shall not be concluded, then the petitioner above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea, in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 133/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
