This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 304, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
During the occurrence of assault, the petitioners allegedly dashed to the wife of the informant on the bricks, as a result whereof she died after few hours of treatment. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that a bare perusal of the first information report would reveal that no case of culpable homicide would be there, in the facts and circumstances.
Finding the substance, in the aforesaid submission, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Sankash Chandra Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
