The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named Anita Devi and Sharda Devi, (the petitioners), who are ladies, making omnibus and general allegation of assault with lathi. The informant further alleged that Tuntun Mandal assaulted him with axe. The doctor found only one injury, that too, on the head of the informant, which is attributed to Tuntun Mandal. No other injury was found on the person of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16945 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Khagaria / concerned court, Khagaria in Parbatta (Bharatkhand) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 2505/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
