Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30, 30A of the Bihar Excise Prevention and Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the alleged recovery has been made from the house of the co-accused. For the alleged recovery, petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.28024 of 2017 (2) dt.23-06-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge, 3rd, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 137 of 2017.
