Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2017 in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific over act is attributed to him. Moreover, co-accused Rakesh Kumar @ Raki has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16788 of 2017 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last three months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let
