Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj PS Case No.932 of 2017, registered under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and it is alleged that 10 stolen mobiles were recovered from possession of the petitioner but the mobiles were not put on TIP, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.01.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rahmat @ Md. Rahmat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
