The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2012 dated 01.10.2012 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of the offence as also the fact that initially a complaint was filed before the Magistrate which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for investigation, pursuant to which, the FIR has been instituted, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12141 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 379 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
