23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Three petitioners seek bail in Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the F.I.R., the informant has alleged that on 02-08-2019, when she was at her home, these petitioners came and started abusing & assaulting her and when she protested, she was given knife blow on her head by petitioner no. 1. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is case and counter case and due to enmity between the parties, the

So far as petitioner no. 2 & 3 are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation and so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, it is alleged that he has given knife blow, but no injury has been found on the person of informant. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application is allowed.

In the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
