The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahammadpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below and pray for Regular Bail.

The liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that, in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the learned Court below shall consider

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11036 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail and dispose of the same on the very same day, by also considering the fact the a meager quantity of eight liters of illicit liquor has been recovered and that too from a house which is stated to be in joint possession of the petitioner and his brother. The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
