Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2018. Allegation is that stolen mobile of the informant was recovered from the pocket of pant of one of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
