JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022 registered under Sections 376, 201, 313, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the first information report has been lodged after eight years. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
