Case No. 174 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under section 20/22 N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of 1kg 400 gm Ganja from his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner rather it has been recovered from the Verandah which is in open place and anyone can plant and he is in custody for two months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner may renew prayer for bail after
