2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 448, 452, 379, 354, 504/34 IPC, but cognizance has been taken under Section 323, 504, 354/34 IPC, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2123 of 2014.

4. At the very outset, learned APP submits that the complaint has been filed as far back as in the year 2014, but the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2019 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.

5. Considering that the petitioner has not shown any
