2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.88573 of 2025 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.295 of 2025, pending in the court of learned Special Judge Exclusive Excise Court-02, Sitamarhi.

4. The order dated 22.12.2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
