Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner was apprehended while fleeing along with the motorcycle of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2017 and he has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
