The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 370 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 75, 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in carrying the children for the purpose of work as labourer and he was caught by the police at railway station alongwith six children. He further submits that parents of the children have submitted that at their own sweet

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, (Rail), Sonepur (Saran) in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018 .
