Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was Secretary of the School, at the time when the defalcation of public money is alleged, which was meant for completion of the construction of the school building.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure-5 would reveal that the construction has already been completed vide certificate granted by the informant.

In the circumstances, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6798 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laukaha Police Station Case No.41 of 2016, corresponding to G.R.No.568 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
