This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Rail PS Case No. 210 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused Puja Devi. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.12.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has not been put under T I Parade. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Rail), Sonepur (Saran) in connection with Siwan Rail PS Case No. 210 of 2018.
