JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the co-villager of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 452, 498A, 307/34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The basic accusation is of torture.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. The petitioner is co-villager of the husband of the informant and co-accused Subodh Kumar being the relative of the husband of the informant has been granted anticipatory bail by learned court below itself.
Considering the thrust of accusation against the

No.8548 of 2016 (2) dt.22-02-2016 2/2 husband of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
