This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2018 as stated in paragraph 10 of this application.

Considering the period of incarceration, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Thakurganj P.S. Case
