2. In view of aforesaid fact, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the competent authority. If such representation is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merit and after hearing the parties, necessary order shall be passed in accordance with law
