Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(A) and 35(A) of the Bihar Excise Prohibiton Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of sixty liter country made liquor, petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
