The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Korha PS case no. 160 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation against the petitioner is with regard to recovery of illicit bear and wine from his house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.06.2017.
