The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a)/41/45 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list and supplementary affidavit, it would be evident that the alleged recovery has been made from motorcycle which belongs to one Babunand Singh who is the father of co-accused Ravi Kumar Singh and the petitioner has neither concern with the motorcycle nor with the recovery. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
