JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No.211 of 2016 registered under Sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner/husband of the deceased came at the house of the informant in connection with further demand of dowry.

It is submitted that the petitioner's wife was suffering from ailment she was being treated for pain in abdomen and she died due to illness. The information was sent to the parents and participated in the cremation and for some extraneous consideration this complaint was filed after delay of 20 days. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

No.28214 of 2017 (5) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Naushad Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No.211 of 2016.
