2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier an appeal was filed before the District Appellate Authority; but the case number was not given. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present writ application. He further submits that as the District Appellate Authority has assigned the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4521 of 2020(3) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 case number to that appeal, as such, he intends to pursue the matter further with the District Appellate Authority.
