The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner nos. 3 and 6 assaulted the informant with iron rod and sword on the head of the informant when mother, wife and aunt of the informant came to rescue they were also assaulted by the accused persons. Petitioner no. 4 took locket of the wife of the informant. The injuries of the informant and his

There is counter version of occurrence also in which the petitioners' side received grievous injury. The accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
