====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S.Case No. 170 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 328/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant's sister, who happens to be the wife of the petitioner, is alleged to have been killed by him by introducing poisonous substance.

Submission is that witnesses have stated that she quarreled with the petitioner thereafter, consumed poison and earlier there was no complain against the petitioner committing torture or harassment to his wife and police has submitted charge sheet. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sumant Kumar @ Pappu, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8392 of 2018 (3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VIII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017.
