The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1999 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1504 of 2015, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sasaram (Rohtas). The petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 16.01.2018 and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph no. 1 and prayer portion of main bail application, 'Complaint Case No. 1504 of 2015' has wrongly been typed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15593 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 place of 'Complaint Case No. 1506 of 2015'. He further submits that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time and furnish bail bond. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let at the top of page 1 and in last paragraph of page 2 of the order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1999 of 2018, complaint case be read as 'Complaint Case No. 1506 of 2015' in place of 'Complaint Case No. 1504 of 2015'. Six weeks' further time is also granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1999 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
