Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are neighbour of the informant. For trivial dispute, in the occurrence of assault, the petitioners, allegedly, caused injury with rod. There is no allegation of repetition of blow.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8536 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Habibpur Police Station Case No. 85 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
