This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 678 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-A, 498-A, 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The marriage is of 2019. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he used to torture the victim for demand of dowry.
