The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case no. 339 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2016.

16 lts. of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he was apprehended by the police.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case due to dirty politics. He has no concern with the seized liquor. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case no. 339 of 2017.
