The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case no. 275 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act-2016.

18 lts. of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The seizure list does not bear his signature. He has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 14.12.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2230 of 2018 (2) dt.23-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl. Judge-cum-Addl. Session Judge-IVth Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case no. 275 of 2017.
