2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority for protect the petitioner's land, the petitioner being a senior citizen which is coming under Senior Citizen Maintenance Act, Chapter -III, Rule -22.

(ii) For issuance of a direction to the Circle Officer, Nagarnausa, for accepting the land

Patna High Court CWJC No.3820 of 2025(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 revenue rent from the petitioner and after receiving the outstanding land revenue rent dues, grant receipt in favour of the petitioner.

(iii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner with regard to measurement of land to the Circle Officer, Nagarnausa which is forwarded by the Circle Officer vide letter No.792 dated 24/8/1994.

(iv) For grant of any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the eye of law.

3. The concerned authority is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner as soon as possible, in accordance with law.

4. With these observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
