This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21828 of 2020 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted bail with a condition that the mother and father of the petitioner will be bailors of the petitioner and they will be held responsible if the petitioner tried to misuse the bail, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that as there is no immovable property standing in the name of mother and father, so mother and father be substituted by his brother, namely, Md. Imran. In such view of the matter, the order dated 31.08.2020

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20118 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the said order in place of 'the mother and father of the petitioner will be bailors of the petitioner and they will be held responsible if the petitioner tried to misuse the bail', it will be read as 'Md. Imran, brother of the petitioner will be bailor of the petitioner and he will be held responsible if the petitioner tries to misuse the bail'. This application stands disposed of accordingly.
