The petitioners, in the present case, are seeking regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No 318 of 2017, G.R. No. 2685 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is a result of land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both the parties have suffered injuries. So far as the allegation contained in the F.I.R. is concerned, the allegation of assault is against Rikki Kumar only, but the injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3097 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 has been found to be simple in nature. Learned counsel further submits that these petitioners were also assaulted and they received injuries.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubJudge Ist-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
