JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order passed by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Buxar is appealable before the State Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority. Accordingly, learned counsel prays that the matter may be relegated to State Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority.

In view of aforesaid submission and nature of prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.19438 of 2016(3) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 made in the writ application, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the State Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority against the impugned order.

It is made clear that if appeal is filed within one month from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order along with condonation of delay petition, the learned State Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority shall dispose the same in accordance with law.
