JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Adapur (Nakardei) PS Case No. 284 of 2017 registered under Sections 20, 22, 24 and 25 of the NDPS Act.

The allegation in brief is that 8 Kilo 200 grams Charas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner while carrying it away in a bag kept on a motorcycle.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is not from the petitioner, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.10.2017.

Having considered aforesaid facts and circumstances and recovery of commercial quantity of Charas the prayer for bail is rejected.
