Petitioner is husband of opposite party, Veenus. He has filed Divorce Case No. 09/2016.
A petition has been filed by opposite party to recall the witnesses examined on behalf of the petitioner, on the ground that for treatment she was in Delhi and it was the reason that she could not examine the witnesses produced by the petitioner. A number of medical papers were filed before the learned court below and after being satisfied that she was genuinely been deprived from cross-examining the witnesses produced on behalf of the petitioner, the learned court below provided opportunity to the opposite party to cross-examine the witnesses produced by the petitioner and allowed her
