The Petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B and 328 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the Dewar of the deceased who is living separately and has been falsely implicated in this case. The Husband has been acquitted by Additional Sessions Judge in Sessions Trial No. 365 of 2015 vide order dated 08.12.2015. The petitioner is in custody since,24.02.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29347 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari in connection with Tr. No. 265 of 2017 arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014.
