====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 23-08-2022 The order passed by the learned Single Judge on 09.05.2019, directing the Bihar State Housing Board to verify the documents of the petitioner in her presence or before her counsel and thereafter to complete the formalities of registration of the document, has been challenged in the present appeal.

The order appears to have been complied with.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.137 of 2020(7) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 Be it noted, that the predecessor Bench had also directed for the manner in which such process had to be completed.

Now with the Bihar State Housing Board having done its part, Mr. Anshuman Singh, the learned Advocate appearing for the Board, does not press this appeal. This appeal stands dismissed as not pressed.

In case the respondent no. 1 is aggrieved by the decision of the Bihar State Housing Board, it would be open for her to put it to challenge before an appropriate forum. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) ( Jitendra Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U
