Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2015 having allegation that she was involved in Immoral Trafficking and Procurement of minors for the purpose. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13200 of 2018 (2) dt.08-03-2018 with Sessions Trial No.113 of 2017 arising out of Sitamarhi Police Station Case No.141 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
