2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue rent receipts in the name of the petitioner as issued for 2013-14 and 2014-15 for the demand no. 769, which has been issued after allowing the application dated 19.07.2013 filed by the petitioner before the respondent No. 5 Anchal Adhikari Barbigha .
3 . In the facts and circumstances of the case , writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before The Anchal Adhikari, Barbigha (respondent No. 5 along with all the relevant documents in
Patna High Court CWJC No.4318 of 2016(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
4. In the event, such representation is filed before respondent No. 5 (The Anchal Adhikari, Barbigha), the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of the representation .
