Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After recovery of dead body of the son of the informant, informant suspected that co-accused Dil Kumar Yadav and Umesh Yadav had threatened in the past, therefore, they have committed the murder. In the last paragraph of the FIR, name of the petitioner was also enclosed.
Submission is that Dil Kumar Yadav and Umesh Yadav have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23471 of 2016.

No.6758 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No. 362 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
