Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No.494 of 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR shows that there is land dispute between the parties. From perusal of the FIR, it appears that there is allegation against the present petitioner of inflicting farsa blow

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22978 of 2021(3) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 on the head of Sintu Kumar, who sustained grievous injury as has been mentioned in the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Saharsa.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is hereby rejected. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
