The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 452, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mushari P.S.Case No. 100 of 2021 (S.T. No. 454 of 2022). At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is not direct assailant. His regular bail petition was rejected by this Court on 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 35403 of 2022, observing therein that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He has submitted further that the charge has been framed on 18.10.2022.

No. 12628 of 2023(2) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- 18th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushari P.S.Case No. 100 of 2021 (S.T. No. 454 of 2022). subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

The petitioner shall appear physically before the court below on each and every date of trial. If he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, except unavoidable circumstances, his bail bond shall stand cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U
