That this is an application for issuance of a proper writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents to make payment from 01/10/2023 to 14/11/2024, during which period the petitioner was put under suspension by the order of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura and also for a further direction to the respondents to make payment in the higher scale of promotion as Graduate Science Teacher on 26/11/2024 in compliance of order passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3653 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/3 Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.

4880/2017, State vs Sunil Kumar Singh & Others with statutory and penal interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed a detailed representation dated 23.10.2024 before the District Education Officer, Madhepura i.e. the respondent no. 2, however, no decision is being taken with regard to payment of salary for the period the petitioner was put under suspension i.e. 01.10.2023 to 14.11.2024, hence appropriate direction be issued.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner has not yet been disposed off, the same would definitely be considered in accordance with law and a final decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a week's time on behalf of the petitioner to file supplementary petition before the R. No. 2 for bringing

Patna High Court CWJC No.3653 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 3/3 on record the acquittance roll of the petitioner pertaining to the period of suspension. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
