Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (hereinafter referred to as the 'University') on 23.12.2024, however, no steps have been taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner.

3. The Vice-Chancellor of the university is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and dispose it in accordance with law expeditiously well within a period of six weeks. In case, it is found that any payment is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same is required to be paid within the aforesaid period.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
