The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nawada Town (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case no. 66 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are mother-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased. The brother of the deceased alleged that his sister was married to Santosh Barnwal in the year 2011 but they put forth further demands and subjected her to physical and mental torture. The accused persons killed his sister. It is submitted that the deceased got a child. No

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16601 of 2015 (2) dt.04-05-2015 2/2 complaint was ever made for the demand of dowry and torture before the death of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased, petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 66/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
